This Privacy Policy explains how MK Dukan ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MK Dukan mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
MK Dukan is a grocery and retail ordering and delivery service operated from Bari, Dholpur, Rajasthan, India. For any privacy-related questions you can contact us at the address in Section 11.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to create your account, take and deliver your orders, and operate the service.

We do not collect financial card details in the App. Cash-on-Delivery orders are settled in person at delivery.
3. How we use your information
- To register and authenticate your account using your phone number.
- To accept, process, and deliver your orders.
- To show delivery partners the delivery address and to display live delivery tracking to you.
- To calculate routes and navigation between the delivery partner and your saved delivery address.
- To respond to your support requests and improve the App.
4. Location data — details
The App requests location permission so you can set or confirm your delivery address on a map. For users acting as delivery partners, location is used to share their live position with the customer and our service only while a delivery is in progress. Navigation uses the customer's saved delivery address as the destination — we do not track a customer's live device location for navigation. You can disable location permission at any time in your device settings; some features (such as map address selection) may then be limited.
5. Service providers we use
We rely on trusted third-party services to run the App. Your information may be processed by them under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore database, and Storage) — hosts your account data, orders, and uploaded content. Data is encrypted in transit.
- Google Maps Platform (Maps SDK and Directions API) — displays maps and computes delivery routes.
- OpenStreetMap / OSRM routing — used as a fallback route calculator.
- Groq — provides an AI assistant feature; text you enter into that feature is processed to generate a response.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With the delivery partner assigned to your order (name, phone, and delivery address) so they can complete the delivery.
- With the service providers listed above, to operate the App.
- Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and service.
7. Data retention
We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements. When you delete your account, we remove your personal profile data as described below.
8. Deleting your account and data
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data directly in the App: open Profile → Account → Delete Account. This removes your profile information from our active systems. You may also email us (Section 11) to request deletion. Certain records (for example, completed-order records required for accounting) may be retained as required by law.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access-controlled cloud infrastructure, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
10. Children's privacy
The App is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy
